A small bed and breakfast offering a single bedroom, situated on Eel Pie Island on the river Thames. Throughout its conception the design attempts to embody the notion of the ‘breaking point’ through both material and phenomelogical means. The small size of the building promotes a build up of tensions between its inhabitants, moving towards the inevitable ‘break - point’.
